Leadership Inventories—A Sample
Our inventories are for leader learning and feedback, not selection. They are useful in hitting two primary objectives:
- Confirm to participants their current state of subject knowledgethey know a lot already.
- Identify areas of information gainthe real payoff in terms of performance improvement.
- Pinpoints specific areas where new learning can take place.
- Taps into the typical manager's desire to know where he/she scored against their peer group.
Sample Inventory
Inventories range from 1-3 pieces, are self scoring and use NCR paper. Questions are in easy to answer multiple choice format. Scoring is simply and quickly returns participants to the class leader's subject discussion.
